Johnny Shawe
With a career spanning over 25 years, I have built a reputation for operational excellence, quality assurance, and leadership across a variety of sectors, including call centres, corporate training, project management, and security operations. My journey has taken me from leading teams at IBM and Ipsos Markinor to managing national operations at Sykes Enterprises (BPO – Business process outsourcing).
I led departments including quality assurance, training, workforce planning, facilities, and finance. Various ISO and Compliance Audits performed across EMEA. (South Africa, Cairo, Amsterdam & Scotland).
Later steering ISO certification projects at 2RM Security. As director at DMS Security, I led a team that delivered tailored security solutions to estates and businesses. Currently, I am a business development consultant and executive coach.
I hold multiple professional certifications in Project Management, ISO Internal Auditing, and Security Services, complemented by extensive international training. I’m passionate about developing high-performing teams, optimising operational processes, and building systems that drive both compliance and innovation.
Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of working directly with global clients and overseeing projects worth millions of rands—always with a focus on quality, integrity, and results.
I believe in leading by example, staying hands-on when needed, and always putting people and purpose at the heart of the work.

I have completed my journey in BEd Foundation Phase teaching, which makes my primary focus bridging the gap in the youth and assisting in improving their metacognitive abilities.
I am a Neurogress practitioner skilled to coach to excellence and resilience with AI. I believe in assisting people to achieve success in every way possible. I have a great passion for people and understanding and helping them.
